想起个蛮搞笑的事情。
英国有过一位死于非命的国王,理查三世。前些年他的遗体被找到了,于是就测DNA确认身份嘛。结果这一测尴尬了:拿着他女性亲属通过十七代女性后人传递下来的DNA一比,他就是国王无误,但是他男性亲属的后代……和他没有血缘关系。 换而言之,在这中间的年月里,有至少一代男人被戴了绿帽。
(所以还是犹太人懂啊——只有犹太女性的后代才天生算犹太人。)

We find a perfect mitochondrial DNA match between the sequence obtained from the remains and one living relative, and a single-base substitution when compared with a second relative. Y-chromosome haplotypes from male-line relatives and the remains do not match, which could be attributed to a false-paternity event occurring in any of the intervening generations.

Male-line relatives are generally easier to trace than female ones historically, and ennobled and titled lineages are recorded in a number of published sources11. We were able to identify, locate and contact five such relatives, descended from the 5th Duke of Beaufort (1744–1803), who agreed to take part in the study, providing an, albeit distant (between 24 and 26 generations), set of patrilinear relatives (see Fig. 1a and Supplementary Fig. 2). It is worth noting that while easier to trace genealogically, the male line is far more susceptible to false-paternity than the female line is to false-maternity events12.

一整只的肉鸡(要肉鸡),用盐焗鸡粉或者食用盐抹遍全身,加葱姜料酒黑胡椒抹一下去腥,放冰箱腌制一夜,拿出来放进高压锅,不用放水,调到煮饭键(一般是十分钟),就可以做出还不错的盐焗鸡,非常简单快捷,除了热的时候好吃但是热的时候很烫就没什么别的缺点。
需要注意的是腌制时候抹调味料不要太多,如果拿不准量可以少涂一点,觉得味道太淡等鸡放凉了把鸡肉撕下来,加上老干妈红油和盐的调味料拌匀,简单快捷的手撕鸡。
当然调味料什么的选择起来都很随便,看着自己喜欢的加就可以了。如果不嫌麻烦或者对腥味比较敏感可以放一点有香气的蔬菜在高压锅底一起煮鸡,也不用放水,油甚至也可以不用,煮出来鸡自己会出油和水,我试过拿那种葱叶蒸,还可以,但我觉得味道有点大加上很麻烦就后来直接把葱撤掉了。
