我真的救命，今天真的过于心情高涨了，以至于今天的班上得特别充实，该干活干活该聊天聊天；进食状态也十分稳定，吉瑟斯；甚至reached out to the team/individuals that i normally wouldn't do, and said hi to someone i've always seen around but never bothered to interact with. And that became a positive reinforcing cycle that made me EVEN HAPPIER. 就是觉得胸腔中有一股很大的能量想要burst出来。
