Just had one last performance review for my job. Now I finally get why personal or mental health issues can be used against you.

In fact I haven't really said anything about my conditions. Just asked for extended leave because of burnout.

Now for my main project that has turned into a huge mess, supervisor 1 commented that "while there are no hard deadlines, I made mistakes causing work to be redone and delayed".

Except those were not mistakes. No one has a fucking clue how to do stuff so we did it wrong. Supervisor tried to hide his lack of knowledge and project management by blaming me...

I contested to supervisor 2 who is in charge of the performance review, but he didn't plan to do anything. "You needed a leave so how about taking the blame?"

It's good that I don't actually plan on returning.
