邓巴系数（人际关系数量上限大约150）的那个邓巴最近又出了一本研究友谊的书《Friends》。我瞅了眼访谈，触目惊心的是……一段浪漫关系的代价是两个朋友。
以前我的女性好友谈恋爱之后，我椎心泣血的失落得到了解释。以及我给自己的行动指南是，有机会独居一阵子有利于身心和关系健康也得到了（部分）验证。
