面了个华人公司面得我火气哗啦啦。第一个问题“哪一年出生的？” 我愣住，婉拒回答，接下来问哪一年来的加拿大（？glassdor上还有人被问是否结婚了)。除了各种不专业的问题，还强调这个trainee职位是淘汰制，工作一个月后决定录不录用。后来在glassdor上看到原来意思是让人家给公司打一个月的白工不给钱。哈哈。综艺看太多了吧？谁没事来职场选秀？公司是#OTT financial group 为象友们排雷
提一句，面试过程中面试官以任何形式问这些信息都是违法的：（加拿大安省）
- Country/place of origin and citizenship status
- Religion, faith or creed
Age
- Gender or sexual orientation
- Race or ethnicity
- Family structure, children or marital status
- Mental or physical health and disability
- Appearance, height and weight
- Pardoned offences
