p1: When someone went to a restaurant and had a bad experience, he relatively might not post his story. My guess is he wasn’t powerful enough, in evidence or in knowledge, to be against a group of people from a business organization. If they were two or more than two, they share the same opinion then things would be different.
p2: Quite familiar to me. People always pay more attention on negative stories, in media, in social networking and any other platform.

传说中波斯王超爱的sikbāj,流传的老recipe之一看上去是meat stew,传承至今变种可能都是鱼,比如ceviche(据说fish n chips和tempura也是…)书里给出的现代recipe有点像松子桂鱼?
