p1: When someone went to a restaurant and had a bad experience, he relatively might not post his story. My guess is he wasn’t powerful enough, in evidence or in knowledge, to be against a group of people from a business organization. If they were two or more than two, they share the same opinion then things would be different.
p2: Quite familiar to me. People always pay more attention on negative stories, in media, in social networking and any other platform.

刚读的时候以为文化输出竟然这么强了，而且这brother-in-law也太专业了吧，翻页以后：老婆是Cantonese，now everything’s super reasonable

传说中波斯王超爱的sikbāj，流传的老recipe之一看上去是meat stew，传承至今变种可能都是鱼，比如ceviche（据说fish n chips和tempura也是…）书里给出的现代recipe有点像松子桂鱼？
