补个进度~3⃣️练完过了一夜后,肩超级酸痛,换衣服时觉得很是煎熬,走路时手臂摆动幅度都小了不少
肩背终于不痛了,那可以找个时间再练一下吧。3⃣️真是好痛苦,也许是在2⃣️摸鱼太久,一练进阶就血量不足TvT
真的,一周两次最多了~
